About the Job
Provide high-quality commercial and retail performance analytics that convert data into actionable insights, strengthen forecasting and planning, and enable timely business decisions. The role owns data consolidation, reporting, dashboarding, and analytical support across revenue, sell-in, sell-through, trade inventory, retail and operational KPIs, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Performance Analytics: Analyze revenue, sell-in, sell-through, trade inventory, retail KPIs, operational KPIs, and store/channel performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide clear performance narratives, including actual versus plan/forecast, key variances, root causes, and recommended actions. Support senior management with periodic business reviews, performance packs, and decision-ready insights. Monitor market and business indicators where relevant and incorporate value-added context into commercial analysis
- Forecasting, Planning and Decision Support: Support revenue forecasting, phasing, target tracking, and scenario analysis across retail and franchise channels. Maintain timely visibility of year-to-go performance, risks, upside opportunities, and gaps against plan. Partner with Commercial, Retail, Finance, Franchise, and Operations teams to improve planning inputs and reporting accuracy. Translate business questions into structured analysis and practical recommendations.
- Business Intelligence and Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scorecards that provide accurate, intuitive, and actionable business visibility.· Develop robust data models, measures, and calculations using DAX; optimize dashboard performance and usability.· Use Power Query to connect, clean, transform, and automate data from multiple sources.· Create standardized reporting views and self-service analytics that reduce manual effort and improve decision speed.· Continuously improve reporting processes, controls, and automation opportunities.· Use company-approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, improve reporting efficiency, and support decision-making, while validating outputs and maintaining appropriate human oversight.
- Data Management, Reporting and Governance: Extract and consolidate data from approved sources, including SAP BI reporting and POS reporting tools. Own recurring cluster and local affiliate reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission in line with defined calendars. Maintain data integrity, reporting definitions, version control, documentation, and structured digital archives. Investigate data inconsistencies, reconcile outputs, and coordinate corrective action with relevant stakeholders. Act as custodian of assigned commercial and retail reports, dashboards, systems, and analytical tools.
- Stakeholder Partnership and Capability Building: Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Finance, Franchise, Operations, and Training teams to understand requirements and provide fit-for-purpose analytical support. Present complex analysis in a concise, commercial, and audience-appropriate manner. Provide user guidance and documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Support rollout and adoption of new reporting systems and process improvements.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a business analytics, commercial analytics, sales analytics, finance analytics, or retail performance role; experience in Retail, FMCG, Consumer, or Technology sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience converting business data into dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations.
