As a Sales Operations & Commercial Analytics Intern supporting the Agilent sales team in Spain, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic commercial execution. In this role, you will leverage CRM tools, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation to deliver actionable insights, optimize forecasting, and streamline reporting for sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality CRM data and support Salesforce-related sales processes.

• Support Sales managers with forecasting, pipeline analysis, opportunity tracking and business reviews.

• Create and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and standardized reporting packs.

• Use AI-enabled tools to automate recurring analysis and improve the speed and consistency of reporting.

• Turn sales and operational data into clear insights, priorities and recommended actions.

• Assist account managers to promote local marketing events, supporting the organization whenever need it.

• Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and process improvements for the Spain sales team.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Student Status (Mandatory): You must be currently enrolled in an official study program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and maintain active student status throughout the entire 12-month duration of the internship.
• Ineligibility: Graduates or candidates completing their studies before the end of the internship period cannot be considered.
• Residency: Must be legally based in Spain for the full duration of the program.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science or a related field, ideally in the final 1–2 years of study.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical, business-minded approach.
• Interest in AI-assisted analysis, automation and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to collaborate in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
