Culligan Quench is seeking a Coffee Route Driver in the Indianapolis, IN market.
Are you looking to work for a company that is strong, profitable, and well-positioned in the market? As a Coffee Route Driver for Culligan Quench, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers. This is a high impact position with base salary and commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route
- Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value
- Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed on company vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory
- Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including:
- Conducting regular in-branch inventory counts
- Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels
- Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed
- Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club
- Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly
- Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies
Requirements
Must have:
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb ladders
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must be:
- Self-starter and proactive
- Professional, and customer service oriented
