The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a CO Analyst – Customer Care (m/f/x)* you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting Customer Service in the customer care process

• Liaising with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities

• Monitoring work queues for new requests

• Completing assigned tasks within SLA targets

• Taking part in the projects aimed in the increase of the customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of the foreign languages (English)

• Salesforce and SAP expertise

Work location: Remote (Wrocław, Poland)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
