Role Overview  

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive RNS (Rocket Network Support) Specialist to oversee network facility support, site administration, and vehicle asset management across our facilities in Northern Taiwan. In this role, you will focus on site maintenance, vendor management, vehicle maintenance and administrative tracking (fleet assets, fuel, traffic tickets, eTag), and serve as a vital bridge between field logistics operations and headquarters.

What You Will Do  

Vehicle Asset & Administrative Management (Commercial Fleet/Trucks)

• Oversee commercial vehicle maintenance, routine inspections, repair arrangements, and insurance renewals.

• Coordinate vehicle leasing, registration, asset tracking, and vendor communication with repair workshops/dealerships.

• Manage vehicle administrative support, including traffic violation ticket processing, eTag account administration, fuel card expense tracking, and reimbursement auditing.

• Support emergency roadside assistance coordination and vehicle accident claim administration.

Rocket Network & Site Support

• Provide operational and facility support to maintain smooth day-to-day functions across delivery sites and fulfillment network centers in Northern Taiwan.

• Manage site utilities, routine site maintenance, layout adjustments, and field operational supplies.

• Act as the primary RNS contact for local site requests and facilitate clear communication between field teams and Headquarters (HQ).

Procurement & New Site Launch Support

• Support the end-to-end launch process for new fulfillment centers or delivery camps regarding network site setup and initial vehicle asset readiness.

• Coordinate the timely procurement of necessary equipment, operational tools, vehicle accessories, and operational supplies.

Vendor & Expense Administration

• Oversee third-party vendors (fleet maintenance workshops, leasing companies, property management, and utility providers).

• Manage operational expenses (OpEx) for RNS functions and vehicle maintenance.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) workflows, ensuring tracking, auditing, and timely payments with zero omissions.

• Support ad-hoc network and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager (including, but not limited to, the responsibilities listed above).

Basic Qualifications  

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in network operational support, site administration, facility support, or fleet asset administration.

• Vehicle Asset Support: Hands-on experience or solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance tracking, insurance processing, and administrative support (traffic fines, fuel card/eTag management).

• Location & Mobility: Based in Northern Taiwan, with the willingness and ability to travel to different sites based on operational needs.

• Financial Skills: Familiarity with corporate procurement workflows (PR/PO processes) and expense tracking.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with field teams, vendors, and HQ.

• Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications  

• Prior experience managing vehicle assets or site support in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries.

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
