The Role

Voor het Private Cloud Platform (PCP), zijn wij op zoek naar een aantal 

ervaren en gedreven Cloud Orchestration Engineers om ons team te versterken. 

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, configuratie & beheer en doorontwikkeling van de Cloud Orchestrator (HPE Morpheus Enterprise S/W) en de Morpheus IT Infra vereisten. Het zwaartepunt hierbij ligt op de cloudtechnieken, maar daarbij komen ook een aantal functiegebieden aan bod zoals Networking, Storage, Back-up & Recovery, evenals het Operating System RHEL, het programmeren naar Infrastructuur As Code met Configuration As Code, Terraform en Virtualisatie op basis van Nutanix. 

Je werkt nauw samen met andere beheer- en ontwikkelteams zoals Networking, Nutanix Virtualisation, Operating Systems, DNS-DHCP-IP Mgmt, Active Directory Services, ServiceNow (ITSM) en Ansible Automation Platform om ervoor te zorgen dat Morpheus Cloud Orchestrator optimaal opereert en de afneembare cloud diensten zoals VM’s, Container Infra, Networking en Storage Services geautomatiseerd worden geprovisioned, veilig, betrouwbaar en met optimale performance. 

Verantwoordelijkheden: 

• Ontwerpen, configuratie & beheer en doorontwikkeling van de Cloud Orchestrator (HPE Morpheus Enterprise S/W) en de Morpheus IT Infra vereisten. 
• Programmeren naar en het beheren van Infrastructure As Code en Configuration As Code ten behoeve van het geautomatiseerd voortbrengen van Morpheus instantiaties en configuraties.
• Troubleshooten en oplossen van technische problemen met Morpheus en Integraties met IT Infra vereisten. 
• Zorgen voor de beveiligings implementatie (Techspecs/CIS/STIG) en naleving van best practices voor Cloud Orchestration. 
• Uitvoeren en onderhouden van Test- en Acceptatie Management.
• Documenteren en onderhouden van configuraties (Configuratiedossier, Beheerdossier, Beveiligingsdossier) en procedures.

Waar ga je werken?

Het Orchestration team zal uiteindelijk werkzaam zijn vanuit de werklocaties Maasland, Soesterberg, Hoofddorp en Den Helder. Aangezien de afdeling nog in een opbouw fase zit zullen niet alle locaties volledig zijn bemenst. Wij bieden flexibel werken aan waarbij we verwachten dat je gemiddeld zo’n 2 dagen per week op werklocatie bent om samen te werken met het team. 

Belangrijk om te weten: om voor onze klant te mogen werken moet je in het bezit zijn van de Nederlandse nationaliteit, een Nederlands paspoort en je moet ook Nederlands kunnen spreken en schrijven. 

Daarnaast is voor deze functie een VGB-B (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar niveau B) vereist.

Who You Are

Vereisten: 

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Linux System Administration. 
• Sterke kennis van Cloud Management. 
• Ervaring met Ansible scripting (Playbooks).
• Ervaring met scripting en automatisering (bijv. Gitlab, Python, Terraform en RESTAPI). 
• Ervaring met virtualisatie en orchestratie (bijv. Nutanix Cloud Clustering / Morpheus of vergelijkbaar bv. AWS / Azure ).
• Sterke kennis van netwerkprotocollen en beveiligingsprincipes. 
• Probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail. 
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgeest. 

Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbaar werkervaring in een cloudomgeving.

Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbaar werkervaring binnen enterprise omgevingen.

Kandidaat heeft bij voorkeur:

• Aantoonbare werkervaring met programmeren als Infrastructuur-as-a-code.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met Nutanix.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met Redhat Ansible.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met scripting en automatisering.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met AWS / Azure of vergelijkbare Clouds.
• Een of meerdere certificaten op het gebied van cloudtechnieken is een pré.
• HPE Advanced Product Certified - HPE Morpheus Enterprise Software Administrator
• HPE Advanced Product Certified - HPE Morpheus Enterprise Software Automation Specialist
• HPE Advanced Product Certified - HPE Morpheus Enterprise Software Engineer
