Job Description & Summary

Proven experience defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures for large, complex modernization and transformation
programmes, spanning legacy remediation, re-architecture and modern application engineering.
Demonstrable experience with AI-native, agentic program delivery (Claude preferred) — embedding agentic development practices, AIassisted engineering and reusable agent patterns into the delivery lifecycle.

estimates, schedules, quality, risks, dependencies, stakeholder management and business outcomes.
Hands-on experience leading large programmes from strategy and solutioning through mobilization, implementation, modernization,
production deployment, cutover, stabilization and transition.
