As the Clinical Supervisor of CT & Nuclear Medicine, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations, staff development, quality initiatives, patient safety, and departmental performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an imaging leader who is passionate about mentoring teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of CT and Nuclear Medicine, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor department productivity, quality metrics, workflow, and financial performance.
• Manage departmental resources, budgeting, equipment needs, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and hospital leadership to drive operational excellence and service growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational committees.

Some call responsibility is required.

What We're Looking For

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Ultrasound, or related healthcare imaging program.

Additional leadership, management, or healthcare administration education is a plus.

Licensure & Certifications

Required:

• ARRT RT(R)(CT), ARRT RT(N), or NMTCB (CNMT)
• Current BLS Certification

Preferred:

• Advanced modality certifications
• Previous supervisory or leadership training

Experience

• Experience in CT, Nuclear Medicine, or advanced imaging services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, staffing, and quality management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems.
• Experience with imaging workflow and department operations.
