Clinical Manager – Pediatrics | North Brunswick, NJ
Salary: $90,000- $95,000/ year
Schedule: Full-time, exempt | Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. |

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick Pediatrics (NBP) office in North Brunswick, NJ. In this RN leadership role, you will lead and support a team providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric home care to clients and families throughout Middlesex County.

What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses providing pediatric home care
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
- Develop, review, and oversee individualized plans of care
- Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field
- Partner with clients, families, physicians, and field staff to support safe, consistent, and high-quality care
- Monitor client needs and help promote continuity of care across the service team
- Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff
- Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing clinical support to field nurses
- Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, documentation, and service delivery
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Support ongoing education and development for clinical staff
- Participate in hiring and employee development activities as needed
- Conduct occasional site visits, meetings, and community-engagement activities

What you bring
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Strong clinical assessment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and support in a pediatric home-care environment
- Ability to travel throughout the service area for client visits, staff support, meetings, and office needs
- Passion for supporting pediatric clients, families, and clinical teams
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours | Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement | Participation in an on-call rotation as needed
Preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Home care experience
- Experience supporting children with complex medical needs
- Trach and ventilator experience
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing RNs and LPNs
