Clinical Manager (RN) – Assistive Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PA Assistive Care office in Montgomery County as a Clinical Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a team of field caregivers while ensuring clients receive exceptional, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

- Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000 annually, based on qualifications

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client care.
- Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments throughout Montgomery and Delaware counties.
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
- Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aide (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
- Provide ongoing guidance, education, and support to field employees.
- Partner with office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
- Recent hands-on nursing experience required.
- Prior home care experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.
