Job Description
Responsibilities
In the position of Clinical Implementation Manager, you will:
- Develop and lead focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
- Serve as an expert resource to both internal and external collaborators, providing critical input based on direct clinician interactions and relationships.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies and drive the utilization of multiple program initiations across different hospital systems.
- Research data, collaborate with data experts, set strategies for important measures, and present findings to interested parties.
- Continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools, aligning with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs.
- Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record in clinical implementation or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse teams and collaborators.
- Expertise in data analysis and strategy setting.
- A deep understanding of clinical practices and the healthcare landscape.
- The skill to respond and develop new ideas in a rapidly evolving, upbeat settin.

Salary Range Information
€65 000,00 - €99 125,00 EUR Annual
