ABA CLINICAL QA TALENT POOL – Not a live vacancy

This is not an active vacancy. It is an ongoing talent pool for experienced ABA Quality Assurance and Documentation Professionals based in South Africa.

We are building a pipeline of qualified QA Specialists to be considered for future remote, US-based opportunities with our ABA therapy clients. When suitable roles become available, we will reach out directly to candidates whose experience best aligns with client requirements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We welcome applications from professionals with experience in:

• ABA or Clinical Quality Assurance
• Clinical/ABA documentation auditing
• NoteGuard, CentralReach or session note reviews
• Treatment plan tracking and compliance
• Insurance-aligned documentation standards
• Clinical operations support within ABA therapy or general healthcare

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN ABA QA PROFESSIONALS

• Previous experience in ABA Therapy (Applied Behavior Analysis) or Clinical environments
• Experience reviewing or auditing clinical documentation
• Strong understanding of compliance and insurance standards
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured workflow management
• Comfortable working US business hours (EST alignment)
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

All roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:

• Fixed fibre line (minimum 25 Mbps upload and download) - Wi-Fi only will not be sufficient
• Reliable backup power (UPS, Inverter, Generator, etc.)
• A dedicated, professional workspace
