The Clinic/Provider Partnerships Analyst leads the gathering and interpretation of contact center performance and quality data; while collaborating with department and clinic leadership to develop proactive action plans for MCV departments and clinics. The analyst will interface directly with department and clinic management to guarantee routine and emergent provider needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. As a member of the Provider Relations Team, the analyst helps to foster a world-class customer service environment while promoting collaboration within and among VCU Health departments and clinic operations.

Experience REQUIRED:
Minimum 2-3 years of progressively responsible positions in health care administration in a university or hospital setting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience PREFERRED:
Three (3) years’ experience in progressively responsible positions in health care administration in a university or hospital setting
Advanced experience using business intelligence tools, i.e. Cognos, Avaya, Power BI, Tableau.

Education/training REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or related field from an accredited program. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.

Education/training PREFERRED:
Master’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or related field from an accredited program.

Independent action(s) required:
Must be willing and able to travel (15-20%) as needed.

Compensation Range

$62,420.80 - $96,740.80

Actual salary offers will be based on several key factors to include relevant work experience, credentials, and qualifications.
