Join our dynamic leadership team at our Portage, Indiana clinic as a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist)
Location: 3319 Willowcreek Rd Portage, IN 46368
Compensation Range: $90-100k per year - Based on experience*
Additional Compensation:
This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus

Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
A passion for mentoring and developing others.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
