About You:

Versana is looking for an independent, results-driven problem solver who loves working with clients. The Client Support Engineer will play an important role in our client engagement process as the main point of contact for issue resolution. You will represent the company while directly interacting with our top-tier clients and relaying their feedback to our product and technology teams to drive our development efforts. You are a team player who thinks outside the box and commits to solid processes, from monitoring production issues to delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex technical, data, and platform issues.

Own client issues from investigation through resolution.

Resolve issues quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with internal teams to identify root causes and solutions.

Clearly communicate issue status, impact, and next steps internally and externally.

Proactively monitor production and identify potential client issues.

Build expertise in our platform and the syndicated loan market.

Must Have:

2–5 years of technical client support experience.

Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to investigate and resolve application and data issues.

Basic SQL and relational database knowledge.

Familiarity with REST APIs and SDLC.

Experience with ticketing and support workflows.

Strong ownership, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

Fintech, financial services, or startup experience.

Experience with tooling like Azure or Zoho.

Syndicated loan market experience.

Knowledge of Loan IQ or institutional lending.

Exposure to capital markets.

Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
