As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in scaling paid digital advertising performance for clients in Israel, directly driving revenue growth, executing campaign optimizations, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns on Pinterest while acting as a trusted consultant for key clients, not a general account coordination position.

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Client Growth & Performance
Own and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
Identify revenue growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Translate campaign data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
Drive incremental revenue by proactively identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
Strategic Advisory & Cross-Functional Impact
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, strategically guiding clients on their digital investment.
Lead performance reviews and communicate insights with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
🛠 What You Bring to the Table:
2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or client-facing account management roles.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search or performance campaigns on platforms such as Pinterest, Meta, Google, Criteo.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a structured and organized way.
Experience working with analytics tools and reporting platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
