Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and deliver exceptional service.
· Manage inquiries, requests, escalations, onboarding activities, and product implementations.
· Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Transaction & Funding Operations
· Review, authorize, and process funding requests, wire transfers, settlements, and related transactions.
· Manage operational workflows, funding queues, and required documentation.
· Monitor and manage aged loans and collateral aging to ensure timely resolution, movement of collateral, and adherence to portfolio expectations.
· Collect and process curtailment and payoff funds as required to support portfolio administration and client servicing.
· Support banking and lending products while meeting service level expectations.
Operational Support & Problem Resolution
· Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, funding discrepancies, collateral issues, and system-related concerns.
· Coordinate with internal partners to mitigate operational risk and drive timely resolutions.
· Monitor collateral, account activity, aged inventory, and documentation accuracy to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Portfolio Oversight & Reporting
· Monitor portfolio activity, service metrics, and operational performance indicators.
· Prepare reports and identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
· Communicate client and operational concerns to management and business partners.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 3+ years of banking, mortgage, financial services, client servicing, or transaction processing experience.
· Experience with ProMerit or similar banking platforms preferred.
