À propos de ce poste Client Relationship Manager - Education chez SMRS
We are SMRS. A global brand, culture and communications business that believes opportunity should be open to all.
We open doors. For people, for ideas and for organisations ready to change for the better.
We think bigger to challenge assumptions and explore new ideas. We give a damn about the work we do and the impact it makes. And we add colour to every project with our personalities and our collective thinking.
We're also committed to creating a positive impact. From sustainability to social purpose, you'll be part of a company that values diversity, champions inclusion and supports the world we're helping to shape.
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Education team.
Working closely with Consultants and Project Managers, you'll build trusted relationships with clients, providing a consistent point of contact and helping ensure they get the most value from their partnership with SMRS.
This role is all about people, relationships and communication. You'll take time to understand what's important to our clients, maintain momentum across projects and conversations, and help connect clients with the right expertise when opportunities arise.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and bringing people together to get things done. You'll be organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities while ensuring clients feel informed, supported and valued. Experience or an understanding of the Higher Education sector would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people with strong relationship management and communication skills who are excited about building trusted client partnerships.
Benefits
In return, you'll be joining a flexible, supportive and values-led business where you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop and work alongside talented people across the organisation. You'll benefit from hybrid working, 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a positive and inclusive culture, and the opportunity to contribute to work with real purpose and impact.
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
