We’re currently seeking a Client Relationship Advisor—a client-facing service role designed to support the delivery of ongoing financial planning and operational excellence. This is not a sales position, but a vital part of ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and well-prepared for the road ahead.
About the Role
The Client Relationship Advisor acts as a critical bridge between FSA’s financial advisors and the families they serve. You’ll manage follow-up communications, account updates, and service coordination—ensuring each client continues to receive the personalized attention and care they expect from FSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Preparation: Support advisor readiness by updating client records in our custom CRM (ACCESS), preparing financial reports, and organizing documentation for planning meetings.
- Client Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for ongoing questions and service needs—delivering consistent, professional communication via phone and email.
- Account Servicing: Manage the execution and tracking of transactions like transfers, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates, working with both internal systems and third-party institutions.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate, timely entry of client data and service notes; help maintain the integrity of our internal systems.
- Service Coordination: Oversee follow-up tasks, document requests, and workflows tied to financial, investment, and insurance planning deliverables.
- Reporting Support: Prepare investment summaries and financial snapshots to support advisor presentations.
- Compliance Awareness: Adhere to internal policies and procedures that meet regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a client-facing operations role.
- Must hold Series 65 license or willingness to obtain promptly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and client records.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM and planning software experience is a plus.
- Desire to grow professionally, including willingness to pursue applicable licenses (if not already licensed).
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Are committed to service and enjoy supporting others behind the scenes.
- Take pride in being reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy working on a team that values humility, collaboration, and excellence.
- Align with FSA’s core values: World-Class Service, One Team, One Goal, Dedicated, Driven, and Great Attitude.
