How does this role contribute to our collective success?

To assist the Cyber Claims team by ensuring that all claims processing, related manual inputting and general administration duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

What will you do in this role?

• Review and process delegated authority claims bordereaux.
• Assist the Claims Manager in collating and producing claims data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce claims experience reports for underwriters and broker partners.
• General claims administration tasks as designated from time to time.
• Assist with ongoing development of AXIS business systems and processes.
• Where job-holder is sufficiently experienced to undertake the adjustment of high-excess and follow market claims.
• Engagement with stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries and operations in relation to claims and management information.

You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

What you need to have:

• Educated to Degree level or an equivalent apprenticeship.
• Computer literacy, especially experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present information in a clear and concise fashion relevant to the audience.
• Numerate, analytical/solution focused and able to work to a deadline.
• Willingness to pursue CII qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities to tight timelines.
• Effective organisation and planning.
• Accurate with good attention to detail.

What we prefer you to have:

•  1-2 years’ previous experience working within a London market Insurer or broker an advantage but not essential.

In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per week
