Grad mode: on. Start your civil engineering career with Fulton Hogan in February 2027. Our two-year Civil Engineering Graduate Programme gives you hands-on experience, real responsibility and the chance to work on infrastructure that keeps communities moving.
 

You’ll rotate through different parts of the business, with mentoring and development along the way, in a team that backs each other, values safety and wellbeing, and takes the work seriously, not ourselves.

• Work on site with experienced teams on real civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Rotate through different parts of the business to build experience and grow your strengths.
• Support project delivery through planning, coordination and day-to-day site activities.
• Deliver quality outcomes while keeping safety and wellbeing front of mind.
   

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with

• A Civil Engineering degree or diploma from a New Zealand-recognised tertiary institute, with graduation between 2024 and 2026.
• New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or New Zealand permanent residency.
• A genuine interest in practical, hands-on, site-based contracting work.
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn.
• A team-focused attitude and a strong interest in building a long-term career in infrastructure.
