The primary goal is to enable people to travel freely without the necessity of car ownership, thereby contributing to reduced traffic congestion and lowered CO2 emissions within cities. We are currently seeking a Car Fleet Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the preparation of CityBee cars for rental and sale across the Baltic countries, ensuring vehicles meet the required quality standards
• Coordinating and monitoring vehicle repairs and bodywork, including quality checks after repairs
• Working with our vehicle preparation and fleet management system
• Handling other fleet-related tasks and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the fleet

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably with larger vehicle fleets and knowledge of car body repairs
• A well-organized and detail-oriented person
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• B category driving license

Salary: From 2441 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
