Main responsibilities: 

• Deliver collections management services to SBS

• Review AR ageing reports
• Perform collection & dunning
• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
• Perform daily task of blocked order release

About you  

 
Experience:  

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of finance, accounting 

• Min. 20 -hour availability/week 

• Organized, attention to detail, good communication skills 

Soft and technical skills:  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage) 

• Team player, able to work collaboratively with other Teams 

• Good communication skills, Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner 

• Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines 

• Attentive to details and works with precision 

Languages:

• German - advanced
• English - advanced
• Hungarian
