Requirements

• 3–7+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
• Significant experience in consumer internet, D2C, marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, travel, food-tech or other high-scale consumer businesses.
• Strong experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably having owned a function or major growth charter.
• Demonstrated experience scaling one or more growth channels from 0→1 or 1→10.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, retention/lifecycle marketing and/or marketplace growth.
• Experience managing meaningful channel budgets and understanding channel-level P&L.
