Rogers Behavioral Health is excited to announce a new addition to our care network in Cherry Hill, NJ! As we prepare for this upcoming location, we are collecting interest for all anticipated openings across clinical, nursing, therapy, and support services.
Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient locations are looking to open late September 2026!
At this stage, we are building a talent pipeline and will reach out to interested candidates in the future as we get closer to launching and begin active interviews.

Pay Transparency:
Compensation is dependent on role and placement in the range will vary based on years of experience and education.
Clinic Assistant - $17.24 - $24.82
RN - $29.76 - $47.78
Behavior Specialist - $21.57 - $31.04
Therapist - $25.84 - $55.65
Clinic Operations Manager - $89,391.12 - $145,410.72
The System also includes Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation, which supports patient care, programs, and research; and Rogers InHealth, an initiative that works to eliminate the stigma of mental health challenges.
