Job Description:

Chefe de Produção | Part-time

Responsabilidades:
* Planear, organizar e dirigir as atividades de produção, incluindo a definição de metas, prazos e recursos necessários.
* Supervisionar e coordenar o trabalho das equipas de produção, garantindo que as tarefas sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e segura.
* Monitorizar o progresso da produção e identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir.
* Gerir o orçamento de produção e garantir que os recursos sejam utilizados de forma eficiente.
* Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências da indústria da construção.
* Reportar ao Diretor de Obra sobre o desempenho da produção.

Qualificações:
* Diploma de Engenharia Civil ou equivalente.
* Conhecimento dos processos de produção da construção civil.
* Habilidades comprovadas de planeamento, organização e liderança.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoal.
* Fluência em português e conhecimentos em espanhol e inglês.
