Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Speisenproduktion
- Betreuung von Buffets und Menüausgabe
- Delegieren von Aufgaben an Leasing Mitarbeiter und deren Kontrolle
- Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
- Einhaltung des HACCP und FiFo Systems
- Unterstützung der Postenchefs
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin
- Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Motivation
- Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Ein Höchstmaß an Zuverlässigkeit
- Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
