Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
The Channel Productivity Intern will support channel performance and productivity initiatives by analyzing sales trends, monitoring market developments, and driving programs that enhance dealer engagement and business growth. This role offers valuable exposure to channel management, sales operations, market intelligence, and business performance analysis within a dynamic telecommunications environment.
What are you accountable for?
Monitor competitor incentive programs and industry trends to identify market opportunities, benchmark best practices, and recommend enhancements to channel incentive strategies.
Support the development and execution of channel productivity initiatives to drive postpaid sales performance among open channel dealers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with Business Operations teams to optimize dealer tools and platforms, including Dealer Marketplace, Dealer Platform, and SWAP, to improve dealer experience and operational efficiency.
Conduct regional performance analysis by monitoring key sales metrics, identifying trends and business opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to support growth initiatives.
Track daily device sell-in and sell-through performance, identify performance gaps, and propose targeted programs, campaigns, and improvement initiatives to enhance handset sales productivity and overall channel performance.
Who are we looking for?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop compelling presentations.
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced business environment.
Additional Information
Internship opportunities are available for candidates who can start in October, with a duration of up to 6 months.
