Job Summary

• This role is responsible for leading the strategy for business partners and developing channel programs within the country, ensuring alignment between initiatives, business objectives, and market needs. The role analyzes market requirements to design and execute partner-focused offerings, strengthens strategic relationships with key partners, and drives business growth through channel ecosystems. It also provides training and support to sales teams, develops and implements marketing programs with partners, monitors the performance of these initiatives, and generates insights to support continuous improvement. Additionally, the role stays up to date on industry trends and leads projects of moderate to high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage channel programs within the country, ensuring alignment with the organization's commercial strategy.

• Develop strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

• Analyze market requirements and translate them into value propositions, programs, and initiatives for, with, and through partners, collaborating with sales and account teams to generate market demand.

• Participate in the development and strengthening of strategic relationships with key partners, including business, technology, and channel partners.

• Provide sales training and support, as well as contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for channel and partner sales teams.

• Create and execute marketing programs and solutions with partners, driving demand generation and incremental revenue growth for the organization.

• Lead the execution of strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing business through partner channels.

• Act as a liaison between sales teams and partners to ensure the consistent execution of channel initiatives.

• Oversee the monitoring and reporting of program performance and partner-related activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Develop performance analysis and competitive intelligence for assigned partner programs, recommending corrective actions and growth opportunities.

• Manage training, certification, and accreditation programs for channel partners, monitoring participation levels and achievement of learning objectives.

• Develop and execute communication plans for channel partners to maximize the adoption of programs, tools, training, and campaigns.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner engagement, certifications, program adoption, demand generation, and business growth.

• Execute and track channel programs and initiatives within the country in coordination with regional teams, ensuring the achievement of established objectives.

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to the partner and channel ecosystem.
