The Change Management team sits at the heart of site operations. We bridge strategy and execution by leading the rollout of new tools, systems, and standardized processes across our fulfillment centers.

Your Role

You've always been the person who fixes things on your shift. Now imagine doing that for our entire Berlin fulfillment center: full-time, with a clear mandate, a team, and central Operational Excellence support.

As Change Manager for our Berlin FC, you will report to the Head of Change Management. You will own the site's change and project pipeline, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, adoption of new processes, and standardization of practices. You will partner with stakeholders across local and central teams to align resources, monitor progress, and deliver sustainable improvements. This is not a step away from operations. It's the step toward making the whole operation better, systemically.

Your Responsibilities

• Site Ownership: Take full responsibility for change and continuous improvement at our Berlin fulfillment center, acting as the site's go-to person for all improvement initiatives

• Project Leadership: Lead the project management office to track progress, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to align resources, scope, and priorities

• Process Optimization: Provide input to process improvement, innovation roadmaps, and best-practice standardization

• Operational Support: Support site operations during peak demand by problem-solving and metrics reporting

• Pipeline Ownership: Own the project and program pipeline for the Berlin FC

What We Look For

• Operational Leadership: At least 3 years of experience managing an operational area in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain (e.g. 80+ FTE), with full shift ownership and KPI accountability

• Industry Background: Experience in high-volume retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment environments, e.g. at companies like Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh, or Zalando, is a strong plus

• Improvement Mindset: You're ready for a dedicated improvement and excellence role. You don't want to leave operations behind; you want to fix things at the root

• Influence Without Authority: You've already convinced neighboring shifts or teams to adopt your methods and can drive change without direct reporting lines

• Competencies: Proven project and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a natural ability to coach others

• Flexibility: Flexibility to work during shifts, weekends, and peak periods

• Education: MBA or relevant university degree is a plus

• Certifications: Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage
