- カテゴリープランナーは、シニアマネジャーの指揮管理下でマーチャンダイジング（MD）エリアの全体及び担当カテゴリーの戦略・実行を担当いただきます。MDシニアリーダー及びバイイング、プランニングマネジャーと協業し、ビジネスの最大化を実現します。
勤務場所
- このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に3日海浜幕張本社での勤務が必要です。
仕事内容
・全社および担当カテゴリーの予算・販売計画立案に参画し、KPI、エアタイム配分、時間帯別売上目標を設計・最適化する。
・カテゴリー・ブランド・顧客分析を通じて、ブランド戦略、品揃え戦略、価格戦略の方向性を導き、関係部門と連携して実行につなげる。
・年間・半期・四半期・月次・時間帯別の販売計画を策定し、マーチャンダイジング部門のリーダーと合意形成を図る。
・イベント計画とKPI設定をリードし、イベント実績分析をもとに企画精度を高める。
・在庫管理、月次レポート、経営・ファイナンス連携を通じてリスク管理と業績報告を行う。
・オムニチャネル戦略やオフエア施策を推進し、全社および担当カテゴリーのビジネス最大化を牽引する。
必要なスキル・経験
・小売業でのマーチャンダイザー、ディストリビューター、営業、又は販売企画の経験5年程度。
・B2C業界でのCRM、販売データ分析や需要予測の経験5年程度（小売、日用品メーカー出身者なら尚可）
・オフィスソフトの卓越した操作能力（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）
・英語力あれば尚可
