About the Role
We're looking for a Category Management Senior Client Lead to help retailers make better customer-led decisions that drive commercial performance. Working at the intersection of category strategy, customer insight and client partnership, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for growth and deliver measurable value.
This role combines strategic thinking, strong relationship management and a passion for translating data and insights into actionable recommendations for retail partners.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in building trusted client relationships while helping shape category strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead category-focused discussions with client stakeholders, developing recommendations that support commercial objectives.
- Partner with dunnhumby specialists to translate customer, shopper and market insights into clear actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve category performance, customer experience and business outcomes.
- Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to a range of stakeholder audiences.
- Support the development of long-term client plans and strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who combine commercial curiosity with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence decisions through insight.
- Experience working with retailers, FMCG partners or category management teams.
- Confidence presenting recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability with an ability to convert complex information into clear business actions.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
