How will you contribute to SLM's vision

As we dynamically expand our services into cargo transportation, our team is growing and we are looking for a Cargo Specialist to join and support this new Business Unit, playing an active role in shaping and developing it. In this role, you will contribute directly to the effective management of day-to-day operations, helping maintain high standards of service quality for both our partners and customers.

What you will be doing

• Design and develop the nationwide Cargo network.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure the quality of the service provided.
• Ensure the smooth flow of products from pickup through to final delivery.
• Coordinate and work closely on a daily basis with merchants, external partners, and the warehouse.
• Optimize routes based on operational requirements and traffic conditions.
• Ensure the proper operation of the warehouse and the correct handling of products.
• Monitor and analyze operational data and KPIs to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and improving the overall experience of partners and customers.

Requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation, cargo, supply chain, or operations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use Pivot Tables for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize work effectively.
