About the Department

Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Overview of the Role:
Lead and grow the Bank's credit card installment business across digital channels and merchant ecosystems. The role is responsible for developing installment products, managing end-to-end customer installment journeys via mobile app and digital channels, driving merchant installment partnerships, optimizing portfolio profitability, and delivering customer engagement and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:
1. App-Based Installment Program Management

• Own and enhance card installment features on mobile banking and digital channels.
• Design customer journeys for:
  • Transaction-to-installment conversion
  • Balance conversion programs
  • Pre-approved installment offers
  • Personalized installment campaigns
• Work with Digital Banking, IT, UX/UI, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Continuously optimize customer conversion funnels through data-driven insights.

2. Merchant Installment Partnership Management

• Develop and manage merchant installment partnerships across key spending categories:
  • Electronics
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Furniture
  • Travel
  • Lifestyle
• Negotiate commercial arrangements, promotional funding, and merchant fees.
• Expand merchant network and identify strategic acquisition opportunities.
• Work closely with merchants acquiring teams and external partners to drive business growth.
• Ensure merchant performance and service quality meet business expectations.

3. Product Development & Campaign Management

• Design and launch installment products and promotional campaigns.
• Create merchant-funded and bank-funded installment programs.
• Develop targeted campaigns leveraging customer segmentation and spending behavior.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing and Digital teams.
• Conduct post-campaign performance reviews and implement improvements.

4. Data Analytics & Performance Management

• Analyze customer and portfolio data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business performance reports and management dashboards.
• Develop forecasts and business cases for new initiatives.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Use analytics to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with:
  • Digital Banking
  • IT
  • Operations
  • Risk Management
  • Finance
  • Compliance
  • Acquiring & Merchant Sales Teams
• Manage external vendors and service providers supporting installment solutions.
• Present business performance and recommendations to senior management.

6. Risk & Compliance

• Ensure installment products comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Monitor portfolio risks and customer complaints.
• Work with Risk and Collection teams to maintain portfolio quality.
• Ensure operational processes and controls are effective and compliant.

Job Requirements:

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.
• Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cards, Retail Banking, Consumer Finance, Digital Products, or Merchant Acquiring.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Business installation
    • Merchant partnership management
  • Experience with digital channel optimization and customer journey design
