We’re hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to support lead generation and community outreach in Denver, CO, and surrounding areas.

No sales experience? No problem! We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you succeed and grow your career.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach.
• Introduce homeowners to Window Nation’s window and door solutions.
• Use proven talking points and presentations provided during paid training.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Answer homeowner questions professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the Window Nation brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.
• Ability to walk and stand outdoors for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales.
• Experience engaging customers or prospects in face-to-face environments.
• Confidence starting conversations and building rapport with homeowners.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve performance targets.
