As a Campus Recruiter Senior within PNC's Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization, you will be based in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description

• Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer decisioning, etc. for applicants in intern and early career development programs for multiple lines of business. Manages University relationships and provides planning and oversight to large scale recruiting events and aligned coordinators.
• Researches and sources early career candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
• Leads the development of early career recruiting strategies and counsels hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
• Communicates with business leaders and candidates with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and influence. Contributes to the creation of formal presentation materials.
• Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process.
• Manages large-scale recruiting and talent outreach events to attract and onboard early career talent.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $105,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
