Department Overview

The mission of Account Innovation Office is to execute strategies and strengthen relationships with major national clients for further expansion of Rakuten Ichiba.

Our Execution Management Group in Brand Communication Section proceed projects, manage the operation of campaigns and various arrangements to realize tie-up advertisement of major national clients and strategic planning of category expansion.

Position Details

We will leave to you with the proceeding of the project in cooperation with the people involved in the company, such as sales and creative directors so on.

- Proceeding of projects and information management

- Setting in-house tool required for campaign implement

- Quality control of products (check work)

- Accumulation and sharing of campaign cases

- Improvement and efficiency of business processes

The person in charge are assigned by each team, each project is proceeded by different members. At the same time, you will be in charge of about 5 to 10 large and small projects.

Work Environment

The Brand Communication Section is an organization of about 100 people. There are currently 9 members on this Execution Management Group. We are mainly 20s and 40s people, and 3 men and 6 women.

This team almost members are hired mid-career, and their backgrounds range from the advertising industry to travel agencies. Even inexperienced people in the Web industry are playing an active role.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Organize information and engage stakeholders to drive projects forward

- Basic PC skills(Excel、PowerPoint)

- Smooth communication with related people

- Have a sense of ownership, think and take action for yourself

- Perform multiple tasks efficiently

- Perform business quickly and flexibly

- Experience in creative and campaign production progress in the advertising industry or business companies

Additional information on English Qualification

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country.
