A day in the life…
You’re an experienced ENG Camera Operator joining the dynamic and talented News Team in Bundaberg. We are looking for someone who possesses a high level of creativity and a camera/ editing style consistent with metropolitan television.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for filming segments and stories in various locations and aerial footage. In addition, this position will also support with editing segments and stories.
What you’ll bring:
You will be an experienced Camera Operator with a drive and passion for high production quality standards and the ability to think clearly, communicate, and act quickly under pressure requiring minimal supervision. You will be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skill and the ability to form credible, productive relationships with Reporters and Producers.
More specifically, you'll bring:
Experience in News and on-air operations.
A willingness to travel at short notice to cover breaking news.
An unrestricted manual driver’s licence.
Flexibility ability to work irregular hours. This position may require some on call/ out of hours work.
