About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Call Centre Agent to join our growing healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with appointment scheduling, handling enquiries, updating client records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has previous call centre experience, excellent English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
Respond to general enquiries and provide helpful, accurate information.
Capture and update client information accurately.
Coordinate schedules and communicate appointment changes.
Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
Multitask effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

Previous call centre experience is essential.
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech.
A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Good computer literacy and data-capturing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must be available to start immediately.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time remote position supporting US operations. Working hours will rotate between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time, depending on business requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends as part of the rotating schedule.
