Procurement Support

• Manage purchasing activities for factory consumables, tools, supplies, and operational materials (e.g., gloves, uniforms, PPE, office supplies, and other indirect materials).
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Create and process purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Track order status, delivery schedules, invoices, and resolve purchasing-related issues.
• Maintain supplier information, purchasing records, and documentation.

Factory Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for factory operations and site activities.
• Coordinate office/facility-related requests, supplies, and services.
• Support internal documentation, reporting, data tracking, and record maintenance.
• Assist with communication and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.
• Support site events, employee activities, visitor arrangements, and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or factory support roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiar with purchase order processes and vendor management.
