The Business Support Specialist is responsible for direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end-to-end customer master process, service order, and portal management. In this role you can grow into a subject matter expert whilst improving your knowledge of international business.

This position reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and is part of KL Customer Service team located in the Petaling Jaya office and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage customer and internal stakeholder queries, including complex or high-intensity cases, while ensuring customer and stakeholder satisfaction in line with business guidelines and stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, finance, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements while adhering to the standard work and guidelines given. Support business performance by contributing to continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues and customer disputes, including the processing of credit and debit notes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• To have order management or supply chain knowledge in SAP dealing with order enquiries, customer complaints, and returns.
• Strong computer literacy with foundational Microsoft Office skills, particularly intermediate-level Excel proficiency, along with strong English proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment involving Sales, Logistics, Supply Planning, Material Master, IT, and other teams across regions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ERP knowledge with SAP in end-to-end order management, customer master or any portals such ARIBA, Tungsten or E-commerce.
• Enquiry management knowledge using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience.
