The Position

Role-Specific Accountabilities:-
(the primary tasks and responsibilities this job is expected to perform)

● Provide a variety of administrative duties for the Frontier markets team and its 7 countries business partner/distributors.

● Deliver timely, efficient, and effective office administration, executive support, and

information coordination.

● Act as a Personal Assistant to the Frontier market team, handling multiple tasks, prioritizing

projects, and following through on issues in a timely manner.

● Carry out specifically assigned projects and research for the respective 7 countries.

● Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality when interacting with internal and

external personnel.

● Identify emerging issues and events that require attention and initiate appropriate action.

● Manage budgets for assigned company activities and ensure the Frontier markets team is aware of

key internal and external developments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Competencies:

● Bachelor's Degree in any field.

● Positive attitude with the ability to manage extensive documentation, complex processes,

and various stakeholders.

● Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments under tight deadlines.

● Proactive and confident in proposing ideas to improve task quality and processes.

● Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain a positive,

growth-oriented mindset.

● Proficient in English language communication (both verbal and written) is a must.

Industry Experience:

● At least 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
