This Business Support Analyst will closely assist in the financial functions for all IT based business units. Successful candidates should have in-depth practical experience in financial processes and proficiency in all Microsoft Office software applications, with advanced experience in Excel, Access, and Power Point. The candidate should be an independent thinker with excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple demands in an aggressive paced environment. Provides project assistance and services relative to the various operating and administrative needs of the business unit including the organization, financial and goal planning efforts.

Fiscal

·         Participate in the coordination of departmental budgets for both operational and capital programs.

·         Monitor the Information Technology budget with respect to operational and capital expenses and maintains databases to support these activities.

·         Collect and analyze data needs to perform various financial evaluations.

·         Participate in the coordination and management of IT Planning activities.

• Responsible for the review and processing of invoices against approved contract list and vendor agreements.

• Assist in the financial tracking and recording of activity by project of capital initiatives and be responsible for a periodic reconciliation.

• Collect and query financial data analyzing expense trends and identifying financial opportunities.

• Prepare detailed, accurate financial plans and reports for leadership review.

• Prepare presentation materials for executive management as needed.

• Participate in the coordination and validation of plans in the IT business planning process.
