The Strategy & Business Ventures team is Consumer Banking’s talent acquisition, development, and placement program, serving all Consumer lines of business by accelerating strategic initiatives through a centralized consulting model.

This is a central, high-visibility role that enables the deployment of resources to Consumer Banking’s highest priorities.

You will oversee a pipeline of more than 50 projects and staffing assignments for over 100 Analysts and Associates annually, ensuring outcomes translate into measurable business impact.  The role requires a thorough understanding of supply and demand within a deadline-driven operating cycle.  You will proactively identify and execute meaningful operational priorities.  You will work closely with S&BV Directors, Campus, Military, Academy, and HR partners to deliver a best-in-class employee experience across all levels.

Core focus areas:

• S&BV Project Mgmt – Manage three business-submitted project intake cycles per year.
• S&BV Staffing Mgmt – Efficiently execute staffing plans, assignments, and communications to all Associates, Analysts, Directors, and Interns throughout the year.
• S&BV Experience Design  – Partner with stakeholders to continually improve the employee experience during onboarding, summer internship, networking events, progressive training, etc. within S&BV.

• Coordinates efforts across partners and teams to manage risk and ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in financial services with program design and management experience
• Rigorous quality standards and attention to detail for all work products
• Proven ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguity and contribute effectively in fast-moving environments
• Strong execution discipline, including tracking, prioritization, risk identification, and performance monitoring
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills (PowerPoint + writing)
• Strong business acumen: Consumer experience preferred
• Curiosity and fluency in AI’s practical business applications
• Strong ability to collaborate and engage across functions and business lines and build strong working relationships with business partners at all levels of management

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university
• Experience with designing allocation models to drive operational excellence

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$130,000.00 - $207,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
