About the Role

As a Business Strategy Analyst at Brandlight, you will support the leadership team and cross-functional teams on high-priority strategic and operational questions.

You will help turn complex and ambiguous problems into structured analysis, clear insights, and actionable recommendations. Your work will support decisions across areas such as company priorities, growth opportunities, operating performance, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, building clear business cases, and translating analysis into decisions and action. You will get broad exposure across the company while developing the judgment and operating skills required to work in a fast-growing technology business.

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer reports, AI visibility data, market inputs, and business signals.

• Build clear, polished, customer-ready presentations and executive materials.

• Work on multiple reports, decks, and deliverables in parallel with high accuracy.

• Turn messy inputs into structured insights, summaries, and recommendations.

• QA reports, slides, data points, formatting, language, and narrative flow.

• Use AI tools, especially Claude and ChatGPT, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, writing, and QA.

• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership and clients.

• Contribute to customer, market, and competitive research to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, operations, research, or analytics.

• Experience at a consulting firm or in a structured analytical environment is a strong advantage.

• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including experience with business cases. and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• High proficiency with AI tools, especially Claude and ChatGPT.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for accuracy, logic, and formatting.

• Strong written English and ability to create polished business materials.

• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage many tasks under tight timelines.
