We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MGS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing premium payments, fund allocations, policy billing updates, and other money-in transactions to ensure policies remain active and client requests are completed accurately and within service level agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
Process premium payments, loan payments, fund allocations, transfers, and other money-in transactions accurately and within established service levels.
Set up and maintain banking and payment information to facilitate premium, loan, and policy-related transactions.
Review, validate, and apply client payment instructions across multiple billing modes and payment platforms.
Manage suspense accounts, payment discrepancies, and billing inquiries while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and controls.
Generate client correspondence, maintain policy records, and perform other operational duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct business communications.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in insurance, financial services, banking, payroll, billing, claims, or back-office operations.
Knowledge of payment processing, fund allocation, or financial transactions.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience handling data entry and transaction processing with a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with insurance products, policy administration, or customer servicing processes.
