Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are accurately captured. The architect actively participates in quality management reviews to verify that business and design specifications are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and design methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and define key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Experience in collaborating with application architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Skilled in conducting quality management reviews to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
