What you'll do

• Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and whatever is highest priority that month

• Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them. We build agents & tools for our own ops on the same platform we sell

• Find growing pains & problems before they occur. Proactively work behind the scenes to fix them.

• Support board meeting prep and company reporting for Max, Head of Operations

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of work experience, with at least some of it in an operating role at a high-growth startup

• You use AI for everything

• Organized and precise

• Comfortable with ambiguity, thinks from first principles

• Low ego, high ownership. Some of the work is glamorous, most of it isn't, and all of it matters
