RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the development and expansion of the specialty portfolio for monogastric and ruminant markets
• Create and generate demand by engaging directly with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
• Promote products and solutions through technical and commercial presentations, customer visits, and industry events and use actively CRM (MS Dynamic)
• Proactively initiate and lead the business opportunities to generate the sales in cooperation with technical team
• Coordinate and monitor product trials in close collaboration with the Technical Manager to demonstrate product efficacy and value
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability objectives
• Manage and maintain the annual rolling forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making
• Build strong relationships with customers and industry influencers to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful portfolio execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in animal science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Proven experience in animal nutrition, animal health and feed additives preferably in poultry sector, ruminant will be advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a track record of achieving commercial objectives
• Excellent understanding of the monogastric and/or ruminant production sectors and market dynamics
• Experience managing forecasts, business plans, and commercial performance metrics
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional and international environment

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building business opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Dutch, German, and/or French are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
