What will you do?  

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within Integrated Product Management, you will help transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role is primarily focused on Tableau dashboard development and reporting support, giving you hands-on experience maintaining and enhancing existing reporting solutions as well as developing new dashboards based on business needs. 

You will work closely with product owners, business partners, and analytics professionals to understand reporting requirements and turn them into clear, effective visualizations. In this role, you will: 

• Maintain and support existing Tableau dashboards, ensuring reports remain accurate, reliable, and useful to business users. 

• Enhance and expand current dashboards and reporting solutions based on evolving business needs. 

• Develop new Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on defined business requirements. 

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and communicate findings clearly. 

• Work with business stakeholders to collect, understand, and document reporting and visualization requirements. 

• Validate data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

• Support improvements to existing visualizations that enhance usability and business value. 

• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, reporting processes, and standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that meet business needs. 

What you have: 

• Tableau & Data Visualization: Foundational experience with Tableau or similar BI tools and an interest in developing effective dashboards and reporting solutions. 

• Business Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to answer business questions and support decision-making. 

• Attention to Detail: Understanding of the importance of data quality and accuracy when developing and maintaining reports. 

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and explain insights in an understandable way. 

• Problem Solving: Curiosity and willingness to investigate data or reporting issues and learn new tools and approaches. 

• Documentation: Ability to document dashboards, requirements, reporting processes, and standards clearly. 

Top Candidates will also have:  

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. 

• Hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, through professional experience, internships, or academic projects. 

• Experience using SQL for querying and analyzing data. 

• Experience translating data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, presentations, or academic projects. 

• Familiarity with modern data platforms or tools such as Snowflake, GitHub, or cloud-based analytics solutions. 

• Exposure to Python or other programming languages used for analytics and automation is a plus.
